KioskQ is a staff application used by authorised personnel of laundry/kiosk sites to start machines, manage vouchers and review failed payment attempts on their own organisation's kiosk systems.
The KioskQ app itself collects no personal data and sends nothing to MasterSyncSolutions or any third party. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs.
The app stores your kiosk site addresses, your staff username and — encrypted with a key protected by your app password or Face ID — your staff login password. This data never leaves your device except to sign you in to your own organisation's kiosk site over HTTPS. Deleting a site in the app, or deleting the app, removes this data.
Face ID is used only to unlock the app locally. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to the app itself — the app receives only a success/failure result from iOS.
When you use the app, it communicates directly and only with the kiosk site addresses you have added, over encrypted HTTPS connections. Data shown in the app (products, vouchers, payment attempts) is processed by your own organisation's kiosk system, which acts as the data controller for that information.
